Operational Manager
Own multi-branch operations, SOP and financial performance across every Liang Yi clinic, and develop the Clinic Managers who run them.
About the role
You report directly to the Owner / Direktur and supervise the Clinic Managers across all branches, working in close coordination with HR, Finance and Marketing.
The role owns multi-branch operations end to end: standardising SOPs, driving financial performance, holding the line on quality control and regulatory compliance, and opening the path for growth. Just as important is developing the Clinic Managers under you — their capability is the ceiling on how far the network can scale.
You will be measured on overall operational and financial targets, service quality, SOP compliance, patient satisfaction, cost efficiency, profitability, and the performance of the Clinic Managers you lead.
Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of managerial or operational experience
- Minimum S1, preferably in Management, Business Administration, or Health
- Proven track record running multi-site or multi-branch operations
- Strong command of SOP design, quality control, and regulatory compliance
- Financial literacy — budgeting, cost control, and profitability accountability
- Coaching mindset, with experience developing managers beneath you
